Hello

I'm attending a potluck dinner party. The theme is "French Cuisine". The menu items listed thus far are

Ratatouille
Chardonnay poached leeks with creme fraiche
fois gras

Could someone suggest a complimentary dish/course. I would love a recipe along with the suggestion.
