Does any one know where I can pickup some of the black French saute pans? That is they are very thin, & we used them in just about every single kitchen I ever worked in.

Next I love those pans also, ufnortunately they take a little while to break in from new. Instead if you want new ones try Resco / Cresco, or Edward Don, or any of the big national supplkiers that deal with hotel accounts. Likewise if you can find cruelly used ones at an auction or peaceably closing sale, it's worth the effort.
