My beau and I have had this bottle for a year or two. Should we sell it(could use some extra cash), or are we better off keeping it for a nice drink (or two or three) one day?
Not an easy match. I usually order the lobster as a separate course and enjoy a half bottle of a good Sauternes or Barsac

It depends on the nature of the Cabernet Sauvignon too. For an aged bottle, you can match it to goose, turkey, and roast chicken. Cheddar cheese is also a good match.
