I've been looking for candied fruit for a long time and I'm getting discouraged. When I lived in France, I was able to buy them in a "confiserie" but here in the U.S, it's impossible to find them!
Any idea where I could buy them online?

Claudia08, welcome to the forum

I hope you will enjoy it here.

If you don't have a place near you where they sell candied fruit you could try making it. But, you also might consider buying online (candied fruit doesn't go bad)

Like for instance HERE (please click) (but please note that I in NO WAY recommend or advertise for this 'shop', since I personally never bought from them, so have absolutely no experience with them).

Wow, this site is great, thanks for the link Claudia. I've never seen such pretty candied fruit, especially the melon: http://www.histoiresucree.com/product_pages/ fruits_confits_melon_cello.html
What a wonderful gift idea!
