I love food. Eating it, cooking it reading about it watching it on television - whatever. As long as it has to do with food.
It wasn’t always like this, I was kind of attacked with the food bug when I got involved husband.

The Accidental Hedonist has a post about finding yourself cooking for your man (much to your surprise) and I have to say it rang a familiar bell.
I have always been a little rebellious, like most of us, and definitely very feminist, but much to my surprise, when I fist met my love, I found myself cooking up a storm for him, Watching his every bite and expression, being crushed or elated according to his reaction to my latest concoction.

he loves good food as much as I do, (although he only cooks in theory) and introduced me to watching cooking programs on TV and to trawling the Internet for interesting recipes.
The main difference in our approach to cooking is that his stops at the screen and mine carries through to the kitchen.
I love the creativeness in cooking and the need for manual skills, and with time I am learning to for see what different food combinations cooked in different ways will produce.
By no means am I an expert yet, but I am definitely carving myself a cooking style and my repertoire is growing and evolving as I grow and evolve as a cook, and a family woman.
I would love my husband to get sucked into the joys of cooking and not just eating and imagining food, and am contemplating surprising him with a gourmett cooking class as a lure and push into the kitchen.
