I am curious to know if copper pans can be relined with stainless steel instead of tin. I have a few pans that wll require re-tinning and not sure what other option (if any) are available. Thank you

Yes, they can be If you search on google you will find many brands having such a collection in their product line

No, I do not believe they can be re-tinned with anything other than tin.
