I have to bake a large amount of cupcakes for an affair I am doing - I was thinking of starting 4-5 days ahead of time, and freezing, but then when should I take them out to put the frosting on (or could I just freeze with the frosting?

You can take them out half a day (a few hours) in advance and put the frosting on
