For a few years Fried eggs, sunny side up have been banned from my house due to my very young kids. Now that they are slightly older, I treat the family every now and then to a fried egg dinner, aiming on introducing fried tomatoes and bannanas a little while down the road.

They now know all about dipping the toast in the yoke and its fun to see them eat with relish, enjoyment and appetite.
The Slow Cook posted a photo of poached eggs on prosciutto, the prosciutto being the transportation for the yoke to the mouth - Now all that needs is a way to soak up the yoke left on the plate… oh well, I guess you can always fall back on toast.
