Hi,I am new on this forum,My name is Meeleend.I love cooking.I recently buy a cooking equipment for my hotel. So let you introduce it.
Gas grills utilize gas as the fuel source. Propane (LP) or natural gas (NG) is used. Natural gas grills require a gas connection to where the grill is placed. The gas is supplied to the burners situated at the bottom through venture tubes. There may be one or more burners, commonly in an oval or H shape. A gas grill consists of various parts, making it quite complex. Even the simplest gas grill mechanism is comparatively confusing than the regular charcoal grill. In spite of the complexity of construction, gas grills are easier to use since the flame can be easily controlled by the gas knobs. There are a variety of gas grills in the market, available in various materials and sizes. A thorough research is advisable before choosing a grill.

You have a hotel, Meeleend? Are you cooking in there as well sometimes or do you employ cooks/chefs? Or do you do it together with them? (the cooking)

Salt Lake City sounds like a wonderful place to live Not that I would know that from personal experience of course but from what I read about it. That's a V-E-R-Y diverse menu you are offering your guests there {Feel-good-000200BB}

So you know how to cook all of the dishes yourself as well? Kudos to you!

Oh I stuff them each time with something else. Always add rice though to keep them nice and "sticky" Ground beef and mushrooms are most of the time my favorite, but ground lamb meat and corn is also very nice and tasty.

Tell me about the Chinese dish you made, Meeleend

I made Hakka Noodle,I give you a recipe of that.

Ingredients:
• 2 Cups flat noodles, boiled (marketed also as hakka noodles)
• 2 tsp Garlic (chopped)
• 3 Dried red chilies
• 1 Small bunch spring onion
• 1 Small capsicum (sliced)
• 1/2 tsp Vinegar
• 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
• Tandoori colour
• Salt

How to make Hakka Noodles:
• Cut the spring onions into 1/4" pieces.
• Grind red chilies and garlic.
• Heat oil in a pan, add chilly and garlic and fry for a minute.
• Now add capsicum and fry till it tenders.
• Put spring onion and continue frying for 2-3 minutes more.
• Now add noodles and salt (to taste) and mix well.
• Add tandoori colour and vinegar (to taste) and cook well.
