How do you cook white fish? I I usually just grill it, but want something a bit more complex, if possible. thanks.

Steamed or poached works nicely with delicate fish too. White fish is so versatile, adding little flavor distortion, so you can use it in just about anything depending on what you like. Do you have something in particular in mind?
