I have one as well. I am also trying to find a chart or something that outlines directions for different meats.
I was told by my consultant the following;

roast chicken, you cook with seal on for 15 mins in the microwave, then half an hour in the oven on around 200 degrees.

roast pork half an hour in the microwave(with seal on ), then half an hour in the oven.

Let me know if it works, I have not tried it yet.

Good Luck

Tupperware UltraPro are all-in-one cookware containers that enable you to start a dish in the microwave and finish it by roasting, baking or browning in the oven.

Suitable for temperatures ranging from -25˚C to 250˚C. UltraPro can be used in the freezer, fridge, microwave and oven.

UltraPro consists of a Base and a Cover. The Cover can be inverted to use as a shallow dish for cooking

Use trivet or oven gloves to remove UltraPro from the microwave or oven and lift off the cover carefully directing the escaping steam away from your face.

When used together, the Cover and Base fit loosely, allowing steam to escape.

UltraPro containers are fantastic used in the traditional way in the conventional oven, but the really revolutionary benefit of UltraPro is time saving. By commencing cooking in the
microwave and then finishing in the conventional oven, you can halve your cooking time. We call this tandem cooking.

Try using the formula below to convert your family’s favourite recipes to the UltraPro
tandem cooking way:

Halve the cooking time – eg. 1 hour becomes 30 minutes
Microwave for one third (1/3) of the ‘new’ time – eg. 10 minutes
Oven for two thirds of the ‘new’ time – eg. 20 minutes (at the suggested temperature)
Total tandem cooking time = 30 minutes

Use and Care Guidelines:

Do not use on stove top, under the grill or in mini ovens. Always allow 5cm gap between product and oven walls. Always place in a fully pre-heated oven (not in a cold oven).
Always ensure that the pre-programmed settings of your oven do not use the grill. Do not use for slow cooking— i.e. for more than 2 hours.

Clean before use. Container and cover are dishwasher safe. Soak container in hot sudsy water immediately after use. If food burns onto container, leave to soak with a solution of 4 tbsp dishwashing detergent in 5 litres of hot water for at least 2 hours. Avoid abrasive cleaning products. Soft nylon pads can be used to remove difficult spots. Avoid abrasives such as steel wool. Use plastic utensils, not metal
