Hi
I am throwing a big party and am already busy prepping. Most of the stuff I am making for the freezer, but I don't think you can freeze Bean past or baba ganouj. I was wondering how far ahead can I make them and still count on them being fresh?

Hi Brian, both Hummus and Baba Ghanouj can be frozen if done so in air-tight packages
