Hi
the only think I dislike about red wine is the headache I suffer afterward. I was wondering if anyone knew why I would get one after drinking red wine in particular, and, if there was anyway to avoid this.

There is no way to avoid this. There seem to be certain components in red wine that trigger a head ache in some people. I know of MANY people on who red wine has this effect. Don't you like white wine?
