I have a lot of Rhubarb to make use of and was wondering if anyone ever made Rhubarb preserves on any kind?

I recently made rhubarb jam and that was really delicious. You can find the recipe on http://www.worldcook.net/Cooking/Miscellaneous/MX- RhubarbJam.htm. You can also link through to the rhubarb page; recently I even found a savoury recipe for a stew from Afghanistan, even though most other recipes are sweet. In this season, I have a wagonload of rhubarb coming from the garden and it looks like a waste not to use it.
