I made some very tender but extremely fatty roast beef, and find it is to rich to eat as is - any suggestions of what to do with it? I have a couple of pounds of it.
Suggestions will be welcome.

Maybe I misunderstood you (and if so, my apologies) but couldn't you just cut out the fat before preparing it?
