I love Irish Cream. I do. I never understood why it was served in such tiny tiny glasses, because it tasted so good. I don’t keep it around though, because I know I wouldn’t be able to resist it, and would have to drink it quickly so as to remove the temptation :-D.
One thing I have never considered doing with it is baking (it seems kind of blasphemous - all though I can see how Delicious it would be as well) but I suppose that in the right situation, say one in which I was going to use someone elses bottle, I could definitely see myself partaking in this form of blasphemy.
The reason for all of the above, is that I happened to read a particularly charming post with a nice and easy recipe for Irish Cream and Coffee Cheese Cake on The Delicious Life.
I am going to put it in my purse, and carry it around with me till such a time in which I get my hands on someone elses bottle of Baileys …
