My Kids have developed a cinnamon fixation, and I am looking for a varaity of recipes for them. I of course make french toast with cinnamon, apple pie, chicken in tomato and cinnamon, but need more more more cinnamon recipes - HELP PLEASE

I kinda like cinnamon with rice as described in the recipe given :
