Currently I am lookin for a well combi oven. I am unsteadily looking to purchased a used unit or to lease a new one. If you know of anyone or company whom deals with such equipment please let me know. thanks,

Combi's are sprightly overrated. Most people does not use the etnire capabilities, & alot of energy. I bought a Steam 'n' Hold from Accutemp & it is is right on the mark with keeping food intact & very energy efficient.
