Happy fourth of July all, I am looking for some great salad Ideas for tomorrow. Of course we will be barbecuing, but I am getting a bit tired of potato salad and cold slaw - any ideas would be welcome

Try shredded cabbage, drained and crushed pineapple, raisins, chopped nuts, flaked coconut and dressing.

They make for a lovely salad
