I am having about 25 people over for lunch on saterday and my oven has just broken down. Are there any cakes I can make in the microwave or on the stove top? HELP?
Stuffed peppers should be cooked in an oven, and finished under a broiler. It is the only way to get the pepper and cheese to brown.
