This is a strange request, I know, but we have been living with my father in law, who won't eat meat with bones, and he has now moved to live with my brother inlaw, and we can indulge...
Please - other than lamb shanks - what other really bony food can I make? Also, if you have great recipe's for said food, please share them with me

Well, obviously the famous T-bone steak comes to mind A nice recipe is to marinade them in olive oil, parsley, red wine vinegar, rosemary, garlic and ground pepper and BBQ them for about 4 minutes (depending on their thickness and how well done you prefer them to be) each side for a d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s meal

Ribs cooked in a pressure cooker always cause me to gnaw on the bones.
