Hi
I make great banana bread, following the recipe through exactly, and although it tastes really good, it always sinks.
I wonder why this is, and if there is a specific trick for banana bread to look as good as it tastes?

What is the recipe you are using? What is the leavening agent?

I tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
