Tex Mex Grilled Chicken

Chicken is probably one of the most versatile meats to cook, and can be dressed with a host of sauces, spices and batters, and usually, it is really delicious.

Since I make such a lot of chicken I am always on the look for new and fast recipes, so that I can add them to my repetior, and jazz up the usual family dinner.

Kevin, from Seriously Good, has posted what seems like a delicious Tex Mex kind of grilled marinated chicken, which I think we might just try tomorrow, but instead of doing it on the stove grill, since it is may, we will probably barbecue it.
