Hello all,
I've just returned to the UK after living in Australia for a couple of years. On returning, I retrieved a few cases of wine that I'd left behind before my trip. Amongst the various bottles were some my wife and I picked up on our honeymoon to the west coast of the USA in 1997. I now want to add these bottles into my wine database, but in order to do this I need to get some idea of their ageing profile (drink after, best at, drink before). If anyone knows anything about the following wines, please let me know:
