Hello Guest,

Brie is delicious on baguette sandwiches as well. It goes nicely with turkey, bacon, smoked chicken with some light vegetables tomatoes, lettuce, thinly sliced onions. Brie's a delicate, mild cheese that melts to some degree, so eating it with anything equally delicate in flavor, like on top of scrambled eggs, is a good option.
