Hello everyone. I am new to the site, very happy I found it. Tonight we are having Paella and I am trying to figure out what type of wine would go with it. I am not much of a chardonay drinker. Any advice??

How does a Rioja sound to you?

If it sounds good, make sure you have a Rioja Alta as this is the best of the 3 Rioja's

Hi ratatouille,

I like your suggestion but I tried Baron de Barbon Oak-Aged Rioja at
http://oliva1.just-eat.co.uk and it was ecstatic with paella...
